Alternatively, or in addition to the packages, we can offer individual sponsorship opportunities:

• Company name on participants’ Conference badges: € 1.500,00
• Sponsoring the social dinner: € 3.000,00

Acknowledgement of the sponsoring company on the program, on the invitation ticket and on the menu

• Sponsoring 1 lunch: € 2.000,00

a board with the name of the sponsors will be placed on the lunch tables

• Sponsoring 1 coffee break: € 1.000,00

a board with the name of the sponsors will be placed on the coffee breaks tables

• Sponsoring the Conference bags. The company may have the opportunity to supply its own bags with the company logo: € 1.000,00 or to add its own logo on the bags provided by the Conference organization: € 2.000,00
• Sponsored Talk: The company can organize a talk of 15 minutes on a topic of their choice related to the Conference (subject to the approval of the Scientific Committee) during the Conference days (day and time to be agreed with the Scientific Committee). Any expense for the participation of the speakers should be covered by the company. This option is applicable to Companies who have confirmed Gold or Silver options ONLY. € 3.000,00
